The TN LSES is designed to compile statewide data and measure program impact in the Tennessee state 4-H program. Counties can collect data and measure impact in a variety of areas and are not limited to the evaluation tools in this system. However, the evaluation efforts for the TN 4-H youth program will focus on the 10 life skills identified in the Life Skills Evaluation System. All counties are encouraged to implement life skills in their evaluation efforts.
