Ariel ChismAriel Chism of Rutherford County is a state winner in Clothing and Textiles project. She is the daughter of Mark and Eujeana Chism. Ariel has been active in her project the past four years, participating in clothing events at all levels. She works in the Clover Collection, the Rutherford County 4-H Fair and several sewing groups. She is currently the 4-H Honor Club president and an active 4-H teen leader. Ariel volunteers her time at the Red Cross, local nursing homes and a community theater. Upon graduation, she plans to attend Bob Jones University and study family consumer sciences.


Katyln CurrieKatlyn Currie of Cannon County claimed the silver bowl in the Sheep project. She is the daughter of Bruce and Kay Currie. Katlyn has participated in the sheep project for nine years. She has her sheep at the regional and state levels and has garnered numerous awards. She was a member of the 2010 state 4-H livestock skillaton tema. She is also involved in the goat and swine projects. Katlyn is a 4-H Honor Club and All Stars member. She was a member of the State Skillathon team. Outside of 4-H, Katlyn is involved in Beta Club. Katlyn is currently attending Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro majoring in pre-veterinary medicine.


Ethan DavenportEthan Davenport of Sumner County is the state winner in the Poultry project. Ethan is the son of Dale and Angie Davenport. Ethan has been involved in the poultry project for nine years. He has raised chicks, been a teen leader, planned events and meetings for a poultry project group and served as a member of the Sumner County 4-H poultry judging team. Ethan was a state Level I winner in both the poultry and leadership projects. Ethan has also been involved in the veterinary science, dog, citizenship, horse and communications projects. He severed as his county's senior club president, June Dairy Month chairman and president of the dog and poultry project groups. Ethan serves as the Gallatin High School green house manager. Upon graduating from high school, Ethan plans to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He would like to become a veterinary technician.


Austin DukeAustin Duke of Rutherford County is the state winner in Computers and Technology. Austin is the son of John and Joleanna Duke. Austin has been a member of 4-H for eight years and has participated in the computers and technology project for three years.  Through his project involvement, Austin has made many videos and presentations, managed pictures and made slideshows for the Eagleville Junior ROTC.  He also made a video for the Rutherford County Farm Bureau. Austin's other projects include dog and dairy. He has served as of the Rutherford County 4-H Honor Club and was a junior 4-H camp leader.
