The meat science project group at 2001 Academic Conference spent Thursday afternoon at Second Harvest Food Bank. They sorted and boxed food that will go to help people in East Tennessee. One 4-H'er commented on how the project could influence future service: "We could do it more often. It would make us feel proud."
