The 4-H Leaders of Tomorrow received a 4-H S.O.S. mini-grant to help them make "care kits" for the Carl Perkins Child Abuse Center in Jackson. They made 100 kits in all: 50 for infants and toddlers, 50 for teenage girls, and 50 for teenage boys. Some of the items they included were lipstick, CD wallets, watches, bath gels, nail files, Q-tips, baby bottles, brush/comb sets, and sip cups.
