Congress essay winner
Rachel Cross of Scott County wrote the state-winning essay at the 61st annual Tennessee 4-H Congress.  Donors are Jenny Yeary (left) and the Former University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture Workers Association represented by Martha Jo Tolley (right).
