Mitch BakerMitch Baker of Putnam County is the 2010 Tennessee 4-H Congress Speaker of the House. He is a freshman at Upperman High School. His parents are Phillip and Chris Baker of Cookeville.

Mitch's 4-H projects are sheep, citizenship and horticulture/garden. Mitch is an active member in the Putnam County 4-H Honor Club and a Tennessee 4-H All Star. He is also involved in 4-H forestry judging, Clover Bowl, livestock judging and wildlife judging.

Mitch is also recognized as a leader outside of 4-H. He is involved in the Upperman High School youth leadership team and serves as the freshman class president.
