1. Applicant must have been accepted as a freshman or currently enrolled as a student in good standing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Martin, or Chattanooga in Family and Consumer Sciences.

Scholarship Criteria

1. 4-H family and consumer sciences projects – 40%
2. Financial need – 30%
3. Academic achievement – 30%
