4-H All Stars is the next level of recognition in Tennessee 4-H after the Honor Club. Open to 4-H’ers who have completed eighth grade and are active Honor Club members, All Star membership is based on a commitment to service—the heart of the All Stars motto.
Each region hosts spring and fall retreats focused on leadership, fellowship, and impactful service projects within local communities. In addition, the statewide All Star Conference held each July brings members from across Tennessee together to connect, grow, and collaborate on service efforts that extend across the region and beyond.
Through these experiences, All Stars develop as servant leaders who make a lasting impact in their communities.
