Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference

The Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference (SRTLC) is a multistate 4-H event designed to empower and inspire youth and adults to create positive change through strong youth-adult partnerships. Developed by 4-H members, the conference strengthens leadership skills and fosters meaningful connections among teens across the southern United States. Each year, more than 400 participants come together to share about their states and 4-H programs, build leadership capacity, and explore ways to work collaboratively in their communities.

Open to 4-H members in grades 8–12 (ages 14–18 as of January 1, 2025). SRTLC offers an outstanding opportunity to grow leadership and citizenship skills.

Registration Fee: The registration fee for this conference is $250, which includes lodging, meals, and a t-shirt. All teens, staff, and volunteers are required to pay the registration fee.
