The Tennessee 4-H State Council serves as the youth leadership body for the state’s 4-H program. Council members lead and support statewide events, advocate for 4-H programs, and serve as role models for youth across Tennessee. The Council works to build a stronger 4-H community through education, service, and leadership.
Joining the Tennessee 4-H State Council is a unique opportunity for high school 4-H members to lead at the highest level of the state program. Each year, 21 Council members are elected by their peers to represent their region and serve as youth leaders across Tennessee
