Summary

Open to Western Region 4-H members, who have been accepted as a freshman at any college, university, technical or trade school in any field of study.

Criteria

1. Applicants must be actively involved in citizenship activities and projects.
2. Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of experiences and accomplishments in:
   • Citizenship projects and activities – 60%
   • Community improvement projects – 20%
   • Academic achievement- 20%
