A fund established by friends in memory of Frank Brown and Mary Frances Hamilton

Summary

1. Limited to 4-H’ers from Bledsoe, Bradley, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Moore, Polk, Rhea, Sequatchie, VanBuren and Warren counties.
2. Must have been accepted at any college, university, technical or trade school in any field of study.

Scholarship criteria

1. Experiences in 4-H projects – 40%
2. Financial need – 30%
3. Academic achievement – 30%
