Applicants must have been accepted as a freshman at any college, university, technical or trade school in any field or major. Limited to 4-H members from the Eastern Region with preference given to members from Hancock County.
Scholarship Criteria
- 4-H project activities – 40%
- Financial need – 30%
- Academic achievement – 30%
