2019 State Citizenship and Leadership Finalists are Headed to 4-H Congress!

It is with pleasure that the Tennessee State 4-H Office announces the finalists in the citizenship and Leadership for 2019. These members received the highest in port-folio competition. The finalists will attend State 4-H Congress in mid-March to cap off the competition with interviews. Competition takes place on Sunday, March 17. These finalists will also have roles in the 4-H Congress pageant and awards ceremony that will take place later the same evening. The finalists are listed below in alphabetical order by county.
