The Specialist Region is excited to be hosting the 2020 State TAE4-HW meeting. The Program Committee would like for your involvement in the conference by submitting proposals to present a poster or Lightning Talk.
A Lightning Talk is a fun, short presentation in which the speaker has 5 minutes to present, followed by 2-minute question-and-answer period. There is also a general Q & A forum at end of the session. For more information pertaining to Lightning Talks, please see the video link below.
The poster session this year, will use similar concepts to the NAE4-HA conference. Poster presenters will be encouraged to stand by the display and answer any questions. Conference attendees will vote for the favorite poster during the Poster viewing session. The votes will select a “People’s Choice Award”.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal for the conference, please complete the Proposal Sub- mission form (link at the bottom). You will need to provide, a title, a list of presenters, and brief description (no more than 250 words). Proposals must be submitted by Monday, February 3, 2020. Selected proposals will be notified by March 1. The Program Committee is looking forward to seeing everyone at the conference.
