Please email the order form to the 4-H Foundation @ UTK by the end of the day.

Payment for the shirts can be mailed to the 4-H Foundation next week.

For those that have already submitted order forms, we will accept updated forms if you have additional sales.

You will be notified in 4-H Ideas when the t-shirts are ready to be picked up from your local Co-op.
