National 4-H Council has named Dee Wolters, UT Extension Maury County volunteer, the 2023 4-H Salute to Excellence Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Winner for the US Southern Region.

Dee received the Tennessee state award recently at 2023 State 4-H Congress, and we have just received notice of her achievement at the Region level as well.
