The “written instructions” for the 4-H Project Portfolio have been updated to reflect changes and posted to the 4-H Website. These instructions are located with all of the other 2019 information, interactive forms, training videos and training Power Points, link to prototype and step-by-step instruction guide to building a 4-H website. Simply go to the 4-H Website, click on the “Programs” button and scroll to the bottom of the page. If you have any questions, please let me know!
