Each year, Tennessee 4-H Congress delegates write an essay on the state theme. This year’s theme is “Tennessee 4-H: “Branching from Our Roots.” The regional essay winners are:

Eastern Region:  JoliAnn Jouben – Rhea County
Central Region:  Ella McLerran – Clay County
Western Region:  Rayanna Buie – Wayne County

The state winner is selected from among the three regional winners and announced at the Monday night assembly at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro.
