Tennessee 4-H members recently joined educators, counsellors, and community leaders for the annual Tennessee Conference on Volunteerism and Service Learning. While at the conference, 4-H members enjoyed workshops, guest speakers, networking, and a service project. Members of the Tennessee 4-H State Council, led by 4-H All Star Deputy Chief Shelby Mainord, taught a
