A virtual 4-H exchange program is a great way to engage youth with or without a traditional 4-H interstate exchange program planned. Arapahoe County, Colorado’s 4-H program, partnered with Maury County, Tennessee to develop a 4-H Virtual Exchange Program. The virtual exchange program was created with the intention of providing teens an opportunity to learn about 4-H programs in other states, while also allowing the youth a chance to socialize in a positive manner.
