On Wednesday, March 31, 29 4-H members joined together virtually for a Beef Cooking Demo. The demo was led by Janna Sullivan, Director of Consumer Information for the Tennessee Beef Council. Tennessee 4-H members enjoyed cooking along and learned how to make beefy sweet and sloppy joes and beefy PB & J wraps.
After participating in this cooking demo, over 80% of participants said they learned how to make a recipe healthier and 90% said they are completely confident in their ability to cook a meal.
