Justin Crowe, Director and State 4-H Program Leader
I am excited to be in Atlanta this week with forty-four others from Tennessee as we represent the Volunteer State at National 4-H Congress. The young people who are here have earned this trip based on their outstanding project work through 4-H and the volunteers and staff that are here are doing an amazing job leading and representing our program.
This week we have had the opportunity to hear keynote speakers, attend workshops focused on science, healthy living, and service, as well as attend the state brunch at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. We were even joined by Dr. Carrie Castille, Sr. VP & Sr. VC, as she brought greetings to the group and congratulated them on their outstanding achievements. Recognizing our young people is important. Giving them opportunities to grow and learn is important. And we have the pleasure of getting to do all those things through Tennessee 4-H.
