Dr. Richard Clark

Each year awards are given for outstanding service to the 4-H pro- gram. There are two major awards, the G.L. Carter, Jr. Award for agents with 11-20 years of service and the Alice Ann Moore Award for agents with more than 20 years of service. Each award includes $1500 and recognition at the UTIA Awards Program in July in Knoxville.

This year the selection committee received excellent nominations for both awards. These nominations were representative of the high quality of sustained programming done by our Tennessee 4-H agents.
