4-H’ers competing as project finalists last week at 4-H Roundup received a copy of their scorecard in their certificate envelope at the awards banquet on Tuesday night. Please review those scores with your 4-H’er and use that information to hash a plan to improve your 4-H’ers portfolio for the upcoming year. As I told those in attendance at the banquet, the comments were NOT included in the certificate envelope. However, comments from all three portfolio judges were collected and archived. I will be working with our staff over the next couple of weeks to extract those comments from the survey and place into a more user-friendly format. I am happy to share those comments with agents upon request. Please let me know if you have questions.
