The National 4-H Program Leaders will be meeting next week to discuss a research-based model of programming in 4-H. It is based on the idea that 4-H helps youth thrive in com- munity, work, and life. We will be looking into this model for potential use in Tennessee. Below is the overview of the model. For the past few newsletters I have been introducing several components of the model. You may want to go back and review those front page articles as your look at the overall model. Details of the model can be found on the Oregon State University 4-H site.
