The Invisalign® ChangeMakers Initiative, in partnership with National 4-H Council is now LIVE and accepting applications through March 31st.

All teens ages 13-19 who have made an impact in their community in the past 12 months are eligible to apply for a chance to be recognized for their contributions and win one of 100 cash awards ($5000 each!). At least 30 of these awards will be given to 4-H’ers.
