Justin Crowe, 4-H Director and State Program Leader
Close to 300 4-H members, volunteers, Extension staff and stakeholders gathered last week on the campus of University of Tennessee at Martin for a fun filled week of 4-H Roundup. The 98th 4-H Roundup was able to be held in person after a challenging 16 months. It was great to be able to see people face to face and to have some sense of normalcy.
4-H members were able to compete for scholarships for state level recognition in their project competition and attend educational workshops.
We were pleased to be joined by four delegates from the University of Kentucky 4-H program as well as 2 delegates from Standing Rock Native American Reservation, North Dakota.
A huge shout-out to all of the extension staff and volunteers who helped make the event possible and a special thank you to all the stakeholders and program supporters who give of their time and resources to make sure that events like Tennessee 4-H Roundup and All Star Conference are a huge success.
