Penn State Extension hosted the 2021 National 4-H Virtual Cooking Challenge, senior division, on Saturday, May 15, for 4-H’ers to apply their creativity, knowledge of nutrition, food preparation, food safety, and leadership skills to prepare a recipe using a secret ingredient and ingredients in their food pantry.

• Meredith Hoffman, Blount County 4-H member (pictured), for winning in the senior individual division for ages 13-18
• Emilee Cooper and Samantha Benson, Rutherford County 4-H members, for winning in the senior team division for ages 13-18
