Former Tennessee 4-H member, Gitanjali Rao, 15 years old, has been named TIME’s first-ever kid of the year. Gitanjali was a member of Williamson County 4-H prior to her move to Colorado in 2017. Gitanjali was active in 4-H STEM and Communications Programs during her time in 4-H with Williamson County which has prepared her for TED Talks, Interviews, and more….
