Judging will begin for the 2022 Citizenship and Leadership e-Portfolios on February 2. All entries should be entered by Extension staff into the SUPER2 registration database by 11:59 p.m. on February 1.

The registration link is now open

Please remember:
• The guidelines – as well as other resources – can be found on the 4-H website under
“What Interests You?” and then “Portfolios”

• All websites should be password protected

• A URL address is NOT the same as an email address

• Please make sure that your 4-H’er is entered into the correct competition level based on
grade (Note: Level I is grades 9 and 10 as of January 1, 2022 and Level II is grades 11 and 12 as of January 1, 2022).

• Please double check the URL address and password before it is entered into SUPER. To
double check, the link should be sent to someone who has absolutely nothing to do with the creation of the website to ensure that opens and that all documentation is included/attached.

• Please double check your spelling when entering URL addresses and passwords into SUPER.

Remember, the use of capitalizations in the password is important! I am happy to check before you enter it into SUPER! Email me!!!!

• When completing the Entry Form, accuracy is important. If a 4-H member did not include a section, please do not check that it has been included. This is very confusing for the judges.

• A 4-H’er must include at least two years (2020 and 2021) of Section A, B and C forms and no more than four years (2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018) of the documentation

• While a 4-H’er may enter for both Citizenship and Leadership, they will only be selected for one of the project competitions

• Please do NOT enter your 4-H’ers e-portfolio in both categories just because you can. Most 4-H’ers are stronger in one project area than another. Be upfront and frank with your 4-H’ers and collectively decide how to proceed

Judging will take place between February 2 and 9. Finalists will be announced the week of February 14. Finalists will be invited to attend Tennessee 4-H Congress (March 20-23) to compete for state honors.
